Jacksons is committed to the success of our employees, so much so, that we have established a comprehensive training program and built state-of-the-art Learning Centers that allows our trainees to experience what a real store environment is like without the pressure of serving a real customer. Our goal is to give our employees the tools necessary to enable them to learn, grow and provide the best customer service experience possible.

New Employee Training

  • You will experience a 90-day introductory period
  • All store new hires will receive 3 days of classroom training
  • In addition, you will spend a minimum of 30 hours of training at store level
  • You will receive additional specialized training periodically

Manager/Assistant Manager Training

Advancement opportunities exist for any customer service position with the desire to move up to an Assistant Manager position or for an Assistant Manager to move to Store Manager.

Prior to a promotion, you will spend 40 hours with a Training Manager and complete management classes including leadership, interviewing, loss prevention, human resource issues, etc.
